About me

I am a grad student at CU, completing my last year of a (geo)physics masters degree*. I made my first mosaic when I was 17 and my dad helped me pursue all of my art endeavors with a workspace, tools, and encouragement. I taught mosaic and cardmaking during my undergrad and I’m so excited to be putting on these community events! These events are inspired by a desire to share art, connect with my community, and destress after school. I am hoping to build community as we create together and I look forward to getting to know you!
In addition to mosaic, I love to draw, paint, scrapbook, participate in science engagement, do yoga, go to the creek, y practicar el español!
*I will be pursuing a career in disaster risk reduction and risk communication post-graduation, and am looking to build my professional network! If you can help me form connections in Earth science, risk reduction, sustainable management, community science, etc, let’s chat!
